The panel is 9.4 MP, with a 17” x 17” field of view and is covered by a full two years parts warranty (expandable up to 5 years). Flat panels are the devices of choice by the majority of veterinary radiologists due to consistent image quality and dosage. HDS FP 9 is no exception. The system requires only 2.5 mAs at normal kVp, 600 speed system. This is up to 20 times less radiation then some CCDs! The low dosage requirements make the panel not only safer to operate, but will extend the life of your existing x-ray system and reduce maintenance costs.
When this panel is combined with our exclusive fanless server, users enjoy the freedom of zero periodic maintenance due to fans drawing in hair, dust and moisture, as well as avoiding long term fan degradation/failure often resulting in system failure caused by heat damage.
