SimonDR announces general release of version 1.1 of innovative WhiteCap veterinary radiograph viewing and processing software

SimonDR will be rolling out the new version 1.1 of WhiteCap, the easy-to-use acquisition and viewing software for SimonDR DRV CCD systems on or about June 1, 2007. Some feature enhancements include:

easy dicom send

easy email send

measurements as annotations

burned-in annotations when burning CDs

new algorithms for further enhanced processing

and much more.

Many of the enhancements focus on lowering the click-to-action ratio, making user experience easier and even more intuitive.

The SimonDR DRV complete retro-fit CCD system has a list price of $45,000 and is sold only through and in conjunction with specialized x-ray imaging dealers. The VetStandard complete digital x-ray system made by Quantum Medical Imaging with digital integration by SimonDR is made entirely in the USA has a list price of $69,000.
