RADinfo SYSTEMS is pleased to introduce a new turnkey digital solution exclusively for the veterinary market.

DULLES, VA—(PR NEWSWIRE)—August 21, 2008 – The PowerPACS full turn-key digital system will
enable the practice to take full body and dental images with any CR/DR or dental modality, manipulate and
template these images with our RSVS Viewer, e-mail them with our DICOMmail product, and store and archive
with our MPP Vet PACS product all in one computer workstation! No longer is there a need for separate
software programs, and worklists to meet all your CR/DR/PACS and dental imaging needs. The complete Power
PACS turnkey solution for veterinarians does it all. The new solution will save time and money for many
practices, eliminating the need for separate workstations to provide the same functions.  Multiple viewers can
also be added to exam rooms, surgery rooms and remote locations.

Chen-Tai Ma, President and CEO of RADinfo SYSTEMS states, “The need for a truly film-less environment is
evident, and offering a turn-key solution to the Veterinary Market will enable the practices to have a truly digital
integrated solution on one system, making it easier and seamless for the veterinary practice and its employees.”

The plug and play functionality will allow the practice to choose which modality to use.. The images are taken
and acquired from the full body or dental CR or DR. These images can be manipulated and then be sent to the
PACS for additional viewing purposes, changes and storage.
